These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pyaaar website and the digital invitation services we provide. Please read them carefully. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

01Acceptance of terms

By using our website or purchasing any Pyaaar product or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02Our services

Pyaaar creates digital invitation microsites with features such as RSVP and galleries, animations, Directions. The exact features depend on the plan you select. We may update, improve or modify features over time.

03Orders and pricing

  • Prices are shown on our pricing section and are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Each plan is a one-time payment and, unless stated otherwise, includes one year of private accessibility, will be shareable for 30 days after the event date and editable till the event date.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is received and we acknowledge it.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious mistake.

04Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide (names, dates, photos, text). By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own it or have permission to use it, including any photographs of other people.
  • It does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.
  • You will check proofs carefully — we are not liable for errors in details you supplied and approved.

05Delivery and revisions

We aim to deliver within the timeframe communicated for your plan, provided you give us the content we need. Revision rounds depend on your plan (for example, the Card plan includes two rounds; higher plans include more). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with content complexity and your responsiveness.

06Hosting and availability

Hosted invitations and microsites are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep services online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may carry out maintenance. Hosting renews only if you choose to renew after your included period ends.

07Intellectual property

The Pyaaar name, logo, templates, designs, code and website content are owned by Pyaaar and protected by law. You receive a licence to use the finished invitation we create for your personal event. You retain ownership of the content you supply. You may not resell, redistribute or reuse our templates or designs for other projects without permission.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringing content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Misrepresent your identity or another person’s.

We may suspend or remove any invitation that breaches these Terms.

09Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because invitations are custom-made, refund eligibility is limited once design work has started.

10Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every expectation. Colours and appearance may vary slightly across devices and screens.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyaaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from content you supplied, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pyaaar harmless from claims, damages or expenses arising out of content you provide, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the current version, effective 18 June 2026. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
