How Pyaaar collects, uses and protects the information you share with us when you create an invitation.

Last updated: 18 June 2026

Pyaaar (“Pyaaar”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides digital invitation cards, event microsites and invite films. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Pyaaar, you agree to the practices described here.

01Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number when you enquire or place an order.
  • Event content you share for your invitation — names, dates, venue details, photos, and any text you want featured.
  • Guest & RSVP data that your guests submit through your microsite, which is collected on your behalf.
  • Payment information processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store full card or bank details on our servers.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site we may collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, approximate location and pages viewed, to keep the site working and improve it.

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Design, build, deliver and host your invitation or microsite.
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Process payments and send order confirmations and receipts.
  • Operate, secure and improve our website and services.
  • Send important service messages (for example, hosting renewal reminders).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We send marketing messages only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

03Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, payment processing and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
  • You, the event host — RSVP and guest responses submitted through your microsite are shared with you.
  • Authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

04Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality.

05Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your invitation is hosted with us and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and support needs. Guest and RSVP data is retained for the duration of your hosting period and then deleted, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

06Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or update inaccurate details.
  • Request deletion of your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications.

To exercise any of these, email us at help@pyaaar.com.

08Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for adults arranging celebrations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

09Third-party links

Our invitations and site may link to third-party services such as maps, social media or payment pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services; please review their policies.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. This version is effective 18 June 2026.
